- Local Leadership: All our projects in Tamale are led by local leaders.
- Volunteer Board: In Denmark, the board works entirely on a voluntary basis – and leadership members personally contribute financially to the projects.
- Only Local Staff Are Paid: Salaries are only paid to employees in Ghana.
- Direct Investment: We invest in our own initiatives, ensuring every donation reaches the project directly.
